Bohebitat Concept - 24 apartments of 125m² with large terraces

For this developed building principle two new elevations are created. The quality of the spacious apartments are the large expressive outdoor spaces. In this elevation design dark black brick is combined with colorful polyester concrete. The colorful surfaces define the generous terraces. The variation of position and color of the terraces visualizes each unique identity of the inhabitants. The varying openings in the elevation are enforced by white concrete bands which turn each window into a portrait.
